It’s been a long, hot summer. Feeling a little anxious? Not sleeping well? Discover how the tools of yoga can work magic.
Explore breath-centric āsana (postures) combined with prāṇāyāma (breath technique) and meditation to help return your nervous system to a state of calm. Through the timeless teachings of yoga, learn to read the breath as a barometer.
Yoga experience not required. We will use gentle movement and breath work to teach you about your nervous system and how to soothe it.
Six weeks on Wednesdays, 7-8:15 p.m beginning Sept. 27th.$125
Participants will receive 50% discount for a session of private yoga.
